Fill out the form at the bottom of this page. Your name, what you are building, and roughly when you need it live.

Within 48 hours I email you a brief document to fill in: goals, scope, deadline, budget shape. No call required at this stage. Everything happens in writing so we both have a record.

Scope & proposal

No surprises, ever.

Once you return the filled brief, I put together a scope of work and send it by email within five working days. It covers exactly what is being built, what is not, the timeline, and the price.

If something needs clarifying, we handle it in writing. No discovery calls, no kick-off meetings. If the scope works for you, we move forward.

We start

60% on signature. 40% on launch.

You pay 60% upfront and I block the dates in my calendar. The remaining 40% is due on launch day. The deposit is non-refundable. It covers the work blocked off in my schedule.

From here, I work in weekly cycles. Every Friday you receive a Loom video walking through what shipped that week. You reply with feedback when you can. I adjust on Monday if anything is off course. You're never pulled into status meetings.

Ship

On the date we agreed. Not later.

Launch day is the date we set at the start, not a moving target. You receive the live product, the Figma file, the code repo, and a handoff Loom explaining what is where and how to use it.

One round of post-launch revisions included. After that, any additional work is scoped and priced separately.

After years of designing I decided to go further. Now I build what I design, instead of just handing it off.

Do I need a developer?+

No. That's the whole point. I design and build it for you end to end, so you get a working product without hiring a developer or managing an agency. For pure product UI work, I hand off clean Figma files your team can build from directly.

How long does it take?+

Typically 3–5 weeks for a focused MVP. It depends on scope, not on how many revision rounds we do. Before we start, I'll be clear about what we can ship in that time, and what we're saving for later.

What if my idea isn't fully defined yet?+

That's fine. It's where I work best. We'll spend the first sessions turning your idea into a clear product definition. No 40-page brief required. Just tell me the problem you're solving and who it's for.

What tools do you use?+

Whatever fits your goal, not my favourite one. For marketing sites, content-heavy sites, or product UIs, I pick the right approach for each and tell you why.

How does payment work?+

60% upfront, 40% on delivery. Larger projects can be split into milestones. Everything is agreed in writing before we start.
